Pearl Millet Khichdi

It is very easy to make Bajra Khichdi. To make this, mix Pearl millet with any pulse, salt and water and put it in a pressure cooker for 4 whistles. After this, prepare the khichdi tadka in a pan. For this, heat ghee, cumin, asafoetida, turmeric powder and add Pearl millet to it and cook for a few minutes and your Pearl millet khichdi is ready.

Bajra Nimki can serve as a very tasty snack. To make this, mix Pearl millet flour, wheat flour, cumin, salt and black pepper powder and knead it. After this, roll it out, cut it into long pieces and deep fry it. You can eat it for breakfast in the evening.
